Shipping: We ship to anywhere in the world.
Delivery Time: When you order, we estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you by the postal service of Peru SERPOST (www.serpost.com.pe).
These dates are based on the availability of the quantity of products ordered and the shipping option you have chosen. Estimates of shipping and delivery date will appear in the order form and send you an email with the same data when making the payment confirmation and order.
Calculating shipping cost: Shipping cost depends on peruvianmarketplaces.com method and option you choose.
Return Policy:
• If the goods arrive to the customer and this is not for the purchase made, peruvianmarketplaces.com will pay all return postage and shipping of the next installment in the correct order.
• If the reason for return is due to error by the customer, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred in the return and send the new merchandise to complete the transaction.
• Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if the customer damages the goods.
